Paid placement policy

Payment does not affect ATH Transparency Index, User Rating, data coverage, or criterion findings. Agent Trust Hub currently publishes no paid priority positions; any future format must be clearly separated from organic results.

Core rule

A commercial service cannot buy a higher index, remove a supported negative signal, alter a review, or conceal missing data. All calculated fields follow the same methodology for every product.

If advertising is introduced

A visible Advertising or Sponsored label next to the placement.
A separate block outside organic catalog ordering.
Public pricing, format, and eligibility rules.
No payment effect on the index or reviews.
