This page records changes to the formula, criteria, and publication rules for ATH Transparency Index. The version shown on a profile explains which rules produced the value and separates product-data changes from methodology changes.

  • ATH Transparency Index is published on a 0–100 scale without stars.
  • Only criteria with observable evidence enter the calculation.
  • Unknown criteria are excluded from numerator and denominator and lower coverage.
  • Record import time no longer counts as freshness evidence.
  • The 1–5 User Rating is separated from the technical and editorial index.

Previous representation

The obsolete 1–5 technical agentTrustRating field has been removed from public responses so it cannot be confused with user reviews. Integrations use athTransparencyIndex, athTransparencyCoverage, and the separate ratingAverage/ratingCount fields.
