Original description

Гибридная data-driven модель для оптимизации стратегий технического обслуживания и ремонта (ТОиР) парков идентичного оборудования. Модель формулирует задачу как стохастический многорукий бандит (Multi-Armed Bandit) в рамках Марковского процесса принятия решений (MDP). Алгоритм адаптивно балансирует между эксплуатацией текущего наилучшего интервала замены и исследованием новых интервалов, непрерывно обновляя оценки затрат на основе цензурированных исторических данных об отказах с использованием непараметрического анализа выживаемости (оценки Каплана-Мейера). Модель не использует статические веса, а обучается и адаптирует политику замен в режиме онлайн или в ходе симуляции.
